BJJ COMPETITION

Competition classes are on an invite-only basis for those that want to take their BJJ journey more seriously and aspire to compete in local, national, and international competitions. You’ll be training with our full-time competition team daily.

BJJ KIDS (3-6 YEARS)

This class is the building blocks of Jiu-Jitsu for young children. Learn the foundations of movement, in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

We like our workout classes to optimise fitness for BJJ, Striking and other martial arts. Our workouts have been curated specifically to blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, resulting in fat-burning, muscle-building, and metabolism-boosting sessions.

STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, AND HOLISTIC

Mobility and flexibility are essential components of physical fitness, particularly in BJJ and combat – we believe that our members’ longevity in their training is paramount. Our classes are designed to compliment your BJJ and striking training sessions through a combination of passive and active exercises as well as stretching techniques designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and posture. These are low-intensity, slow and controlled sessions with an emphasis on postural awareness and body alignment.

YOGA

RGA Yoga sessions bring balance and harmony of both body and mind through breathing and posture – boost immune system, and encourage relaxation and peace of mind.
